Fly High Adventure Parks has rules and safety guidelines for every attraction so all flyers can have fun and avoid injury to themselves and others. Please review these rules before your visit and follow the instructions of Court Attendants at all times.
Individual locations may have additional or location-specific rules posted at the park. When in doubt, ask a staff member.
🛡️Before You Jump
Always
Sign your waiver before entering the park.
Wear trampoline grip socks or appropriate footwear at all times.
Empty your pockets — no phones, keys, or wallets while jumping.
Pull back long hair into a ponytail, braid, or similar.
Listen to the instructions of the Court Attendants.
Jump within your skill level and ability.
Do Not
Participate if you have health limitations, recent surgeries, or are pregnant.
Participate if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Use foul language or engage in unsportsmanlike conduct.
Attempt any obstacle, skill, or activity outside your abilities — use involves inherent risk.
🦘Main Court Trampolines
Always
Listen to the Court Attendants.
Wear appropriate footwear at all times.
Keep your pockets empty.
Pull back long hair.
Limit one person to each square trampoline.
Maintain 10 ft or more between jumpers on rectangular trampolines or tumbling tracks.
Jump around guests of similar size.
Do Not
Lay down or rest anywhere within the court.
Double bounce or play tag.
Exceed maximum capacity at any time.
Run or race on the court.
Climb up the walls.
Jump onto another guest’s trampoline.
Flip more than two times in a row on square trampolines.
Flip over pads (trampoline-to-trampoline or trampoline-to-platform).
🌊Foam Pit
Always
Land on your bum or back.
Listen to the Court Attendants.
Wear appropriate footwear and empty your pockets.
Pull back long hair.
One person on the trampoline or in the pit at a time.
Wait for the previous guest to fully exit the pit before jumping in.
Jump unassisted into the center of the pit, away from walls and trampolines.
Beware of the bar under the pad — make sure to jump past it.
Do Not
Jump head-first or dive.
Lay down or rest anywhere within the Foam Pit.
Attempt backflips, gainers (forward-moving backflips), or double flips.
Jump in “penciled” (rigid and locked straight).
Take a running start toward the pit.
Climb adjacent walls or launch for distance.
Push other guests into the pit or onto trampolines.
🧒Kids’ Court
Always
Listen to the Court Attendants.
Wear trampoline grip socks or grip shoes.
Keep pockets empty and tie back long hair.
Only one person on each square trampoline.
Jump around other guests of similar size.
Do Not
Lay down or rest within the activity area.
Exceed maximum capacity.
Run or race on the court.
Climb up the walls.
Share trampolines or double bounce.
Kids’ Court Foam Pit Rules
Land on your bum or back — never head-first.
No laying down or resting in the pit.
Do not jump in until the previous jumper in your lane is fully out.
Do not throw or toss kids into the foam pit.
🥷Ninja Course
Always
Listen to the Court Attendants.
Wear appropriate footwear.
Be aware of others climbing around you.
Use both hands when climbing on obstacles.
Keep pockets empty.
Maintain a 10 ft distance between you and the person ahead.
Pull back long hair to maintain clear sight.
Do Not
Lay down or rest anywhere within the Course.
Exceed maximum capacity — one person per obstacle.
Climb on top of the Ninja Course equipment.
Block the entry and exit points.
Hang upside down on features or obstacles.
🎯Dodgeball
Always
Listen to the Court Attendants.
Wear appropriate footwear and empty your pockets.
Pull back long hair.
Limit one person to each square trampoline.
Jump and throw at guests of similar size.
Form organized lines while waiting for your turn.
Do Not
Lay down or rest within the court.
Exceed maximum capacity.
Run or race on the court.
Climb up the walls.
Kick the dodgeballs.
Jump onto another guest’s trampoline or flip during a game.
Block entry or exit points.
Standard Dodgeball Rules
If you’re hit with a ball, raise your hands and leave the court. If a player aims at someone with their arms raised, that player is out.
No headshots. Anyone who throws a headshot is out.
If a player catches a ball thrown at them, the thrower is out.
Games last no more than two minutes to keep play flowing and give all guests a chance.
